RICH TECH's Community Development Youth Development Program emphasizes the interconnectedness of youth development and community development. It focuses on creating opportunities for youth to engage in meaningful activities, build relationships, and develop skills while simultaneously addressing community needs. CYD programs aim to empower youth as agents of change within their communities.
RED ROSE CITY ACADEMY
Youth Sports Academy

RRCA is a specialized training and development program for young athletes, typically within a team or league. These academies focus on nurturing young talent and preparing them for higher levels of competition, potentially including professional sports. They may also provide academic schooling alongside athletic training.

6th - 12th Grade Academy

​RRCA is a specialized smaller educational setting school designed to address behavioral challenges or academic difficulties that may prevent a student from succeeding in a traditional school environment. Red Rose City Academy offers a flexible an individualized learning environment to support students' needs, whether due to behavioral issues, academic struggles, or other factors along with vocational trades and employment opportunities.
