RICH TECH PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT mission is helping individuals live an amazing life through gaining the job skills and resources needed for employment and economic empowerment. Our workforce development job training program through Richardson Technical Institute includes classroom instruction, hands on training and supportive services, tailored to meet the needs of the community.

RICH TECH as a Social Enterprise provides workforce development, employment opportunities, education, housing and social emotional support services to people in the community. We operate like a traditional business, generating revenue by selling affordable goods and services, but reinvests the profits back into the mission and social support programs. We work closely with individuals, families, employers and local communities to achieve our goal. RICH TECH creates a wide range of services that help our clients live, learn, work and succeed independently.
